The Edison Awards were created in 1987 to commemorate the perseverance and creativity embodied by Thomas Alva Edison. Today, the Edison Awards represent innovators and innovations around the world by identifying and meriting distinctions in new product and service development, marketing, human-centered design and innovation. Evaluations of these awards are based on four criteria: Concept, Value, Delivery and Impact. Winners will be announced at the annual Edison Award Gala in April.
